- As a volunteer of Starfish Animal Haven, you are not covered by workers compensation insurance. Any injury sustained through volunteer activities at Starfish Animal Haven will not be covered by our insurance policy.
- As a volunteer of Starfish Animal Havne, you will be in direct contact with the animals in our care. As potential volunteer, you recognize the risk of injury that can be sustained through handling animals.
